When I think of making lasagna, I think of a dish that can hold more than two onions. Unfortunately I ordered the product based on what I read in the product name line, so I'm really ashamed. To be honest the company advertises their product 100% both in photos and sizing so I can't fault them for my experience. Anyway, to properly show you the size of the dish, I took a few things. in my kitchen at the time and threw them in a bowl. I can fit three small to medium Idaho potatoes or two medium to large onions OR five medium to large limes OR a bunch of mini golden potatoes. If you were cooking at home just for yourself, I could see how it would work well for you. If you have a family or cook for others in the household I would not recommend this product. It just doesn't make much sense from a culinary point of view and will likely just gather dust in your cupboards until you find the perfect use for it. Again, this is not the seller's fault. It was correctly advertised in the picture and description. I gave it four stars for the materials and how it's advertised, but I deducted one star because it's impractical for most uses and really (maybe) only works for people cooking for themselves or for single servings.
