I bought it for my heater in my tent.

I needed to run a gas heater in my well ventilated tent and wanted to protect the tent floor in case the heater heats up the floor or the heater tips over. I was concerned about the standard fiberglass welding blankets I use in the shop because I didn't want them to sit and itch in my tent. This carbon felt sweat blanket was really good and not irritating at all and held up to the heat too. Now I'm planning to buy it for welding and burning, it's a great product and made in America!
