Review on MentAd by John Pound

I like how easy it was for me as an individual user, not only could i do my own data analysis but also have access through their dashboard which made everything easier! The UI/UX of this tool can be improved because sometimes when using its features in order to analyse some specific information about clients or prospects from our database (which we import) there are errors displayed by them regarding what they call "data quality". This has been solved after contacting support team with all details needed so far related to said error messages; however if someone else comes across such issue then please let us know ASAP since at least one person will benefit out of solving any issues mentioned above. We use mentad's services mainly due to ease of accessibility compared to other similar tools available online today. With regards to benefits received thusfar, these include increased sales revenue.
