Review on Toolwiz Filter Rubber Wrench Opener by Brad Schaefer

Revainrating 2 out of 5

You get what you pay for.

I've used this for a lot of things and it's worked great. Then he met with a water pump puller to remove a fan clutch on a pickup truck. As soon as it broke I realized it contains 3 tiny copper wires for strength. It was worth what I paid for it, but I'd rather pay the extra $5 and find another with more wire in the strap.

Pros
  • Versatile: Rubber band wrenches fit objects from 3/8" to 6 1/2" in diameter. For applications that require more power, such as B. an oil filter, a larger rubber wrench is recommended. The smaller wrench is great for removing nuts, bolts, caps, etc. that you can't remove.
