Pretend it doesn't have gel adhesive because it's useless

The gel will likely work on smooth surfaces such as glass, stone tile, etc. However, it will not work well on uneven surfaces such as drywall. It's only a matter of time before it falls off if you just stick it to the drywall with the gel part. Now I get the ones using command bars. In the end it was just a waste of my time. Good thing they put it on something soft, otherwise it could have been remote controls.
