Works great with my Honda EU2200i generator. I wrapped one end around the spark plug wire several times, and the other end of the wire entered neatly into the slot on the gauge itself. The meter displays activity to the left of the LCD and tenths of an hour to the right. It took about 5 minutes of engine running to get a reading. Nice Looking Gauge (RED) - Matches my generator. This will help me keep track of the engine to keep up with maintenance. Note: It comes with 2 small screws that can be attached to anything. I opted for larger 1" metal screws to attach them to the bracket and that meant widening the holes slightly to accommodate the screw diameter. You can probably use zip ties or double sided tape if you prefer.
