Review on Portable Induction Energy Saving Electric Countertop by Jennifer Mounce

The device is beautiful. I liked it very much. The controls are fine. The problem is that the elements cannot be set to a near-boiling temperature. At the lowest available temperature, any small amount of liquid will boil. Solid foods stick at the lowest temperature. It's just not acceptable. The tempos are preset and are not sufficient. These things get very hot, but like many hobs, they don't boil. I returned it for a device with 20 presets, all the way up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
