I'm the rare person to rigorously floss. My dental hygienist comes and goes in less than 15 minutes including X-rays lol. I never thought dental floss was plastic, but I did talk to my hygienist about the fact that I don't like dental floss these days because it's a very slick plastic ribbon. I need 18" just so I can wrap it around my fingers enough times to be able to hold it! What a waste. And I go through a lot. I started looking for other options and this tooth tip is the one that I should try. I got mine tonight and tried it right away. Then I gave all my old floss to my roommate. I like it because: 1) it works well, has a bit more thickness and texture, which is better between mine Cleans teeth 2) it's firm, I had a few tighter spots and it got in there 3) when it got in it didn't snap on my gums like a plastic material 4) the extra thickness pulled out more food lol 5) after After use I can easily roll it up into a tight little ball and throw it straight into my compost Please subscribe and save Thanks! UPDATE 2/18/19: I have about 2 days of filament left on my first spool (comes with 2 spools of gel supplies). So 1 coil was enough for 2.5 months of daily flossing. The coils are hollow, it seems that they are pulled out from the center, so it looks like a plagiarism in my photo, but it is not. Line has broken less than half a dozen times on this spool = not bad. Update 02/22/19: The last photo shows the knot. Sackville. Who wants to wrestle a wax knot before bed? UPDATE 2/17/20 I don't like this thread anymore. THAT BREAKS. ALL THE FUCKING TIME. If it was 2.99 like silk thread at Wegmans, fine. $12 to $14 is ridiculous.
