Pros: Works well. Easy to install and use. Good boot for your money Cons: 1. The included screws are (I think) too short for most cars. The bars on my Nissan Xterra and BMW x3 were too thick for the bolts. However, these are standard M4 screws and longer ones can be found at any hardware store. The screws cost about $1 each and you will need 8 of them. Sooooo add $8 and the hassle of going to the hardware store.2. The plastic brackets that attach the rack to the crossbars are pretty flimsy/weak. I suspect they will crack or break after a few seasons. These brackets are needed to prevent the carrier from falling off your car. So if they break, the carrier becomes unusable. The manufacturer should use a stronger plastic or offer you some additional services.3. The "Fits Four Snowboards" version does not fit four adult snowboards (regular size). Maximum 2 boards and 2 sets of skis. Snowboards (side by side) are too wide to fit side by side on this rack.
