We love the bike. When my husband assembled it, our daughter loved it. This is her 5th birthday gift and it's perfect for her. The problem for us was the pedal. We contacted Amazon CS and were unhappy because we told them we don't want to go back but we need a pedal as it doesn't work and they said they can't help until I come back. And then I thought maybe contact the seller? I wrote to drbike and replied within an hour. solved my problem The problem is this. Note: The left pedal should be rotated counterclockwise and the right pedal should be rotated clockwise, they have different direction. clears the pedal. I did as suggested and voila! Did. Easy enough to assemble with the tools provided, but a screwdriver is required to mount the lights to the bike.
