Good, durable shoes. They are comfortable and look good. I like them. They aren't slippers. You really have to use laces. Note that the same factory is supposed to make these styles of shoes, but they are sold by different companies (Konhill and Tiosebon are two names I know). If you look around you can find alternative laceless versions. Attached are photos of the shoes. I like both lace and non-lace versions and wouldn't recommend any other than your personal preference. The UK 8.5 fits my UK 8.5 like a glove. I haven't tried them in muddy or wet conditions as they look like they are meant for dry weather. I don't think they work well in bad weather. I wouldn't intentionally wear them in the rain etc. I will update this review in the future once they have been outside in inclement weather.
