Perfect for my needs but broken!

I love this product for storing my paintings and taking them to art fairs. They are light and you can clearly see what is inside. However, I placed a second order as I was happy with my first order. But one of the containers cracked and the bolt handle broke off. See photo, this is what it looks like. After reading the reviews I decided not to call and not to complain. And I will not bother about returning the goods, since it is unprofitable. I will try another order though and hope they are good. Or I'll send them back. Wish me luck.
