I am a teacher who makes videos for my virtual students on a daily basis. I spend a lot of time finding the best lighting for my video. Even when I think I have the perfect angle, the lighting fluctuates. I also seem to shoot a lot of my videos late at night when I don't have natural light. This ring-lit tripod not only met my needs, but also offered many different lighting options. There are cool white, daylight and warm light options that can be controlled from the control unit. If you choose one of these light versions, you can choose the brightness of the light from 1% to 100% with 10 different levels. The tripod was easy to set up without instructions. The adjustable screw makes it easy to adjust the height. I've used it freestanding on the floor but mostly shrunk to be on my desk while recording a lesson or in Google Meet. I am impressed by how strong the turntable is which allows the ring to rotate 360 degrees. It is easy to adapt to any space. I can fold it into a compact size and it's light enough to carry to and from school. I love it!
