I live in a 120 year old house. We are fortunate to have closets in our bedrooms, and even more electrical wiring in the closets. I've tried cordless lights that look like switches, but they're either at a level that doesn't illuminate most of the closet, or at a level that's awkward to control. And my wife left them on constantly, causing the batteries to die. I've tried other battery powered motion sensitive lights but they didn't produce as much light as I would like and the motion sensors were unreliable. I bought one of these and loved it so much I bought two more. I'll probably buy a few more for other places. I can't say how long the batteries will last; I haven't had her long enough to know. But I'm happy with the motion sensor, the brightness and the ease of installation.
