Small perfect for 8-12 lb dogs
I bought this small to medium sized collar for my 10 lb Maltese dog. The small size fits her best and there is still room in the collar (3 holes) if I need to make it bigger. I would say the medium size is more suitable for a larger dog over 15 pounds.
