The ability to add multiple locations for one account, being able create custom reports as well have access of all your data in real time within our system has made us feel more secure about managing this service with them! There was nothing that I disliked while working here but there were some things we didn't like such having too many buttons open at once which could be very confusing especially if you are new or not used it before (which i'm sure happens often). We use zapin mainly because they offer everything under 1 roof unlike other companies who only provide services related specifically towards their product line/branding etc.. It helps manage customers better by giving an overview into what each customer wants so when sending out emails regarding upcoming events can easily see how much space will need filling up vs room available.
