Review on Culligan P5 4PK Premium Filter for High-Volume Gallons by Jathan Louis

Since buying the Culligan P5 from 4 packs I've noticed a significant reduction in the useful life before replacement in the last 6 months. When I previously bought this Culligan P5 from Lowes I was able to use it for about 2-3 months before replacing it. The last filters from my previous 4 packs only lasted about 1 month each. This recent order came in a different package with standard filtration instead of premium filtration on the label. I called Culligan customer service and the agent told me that Culligan does not sell 4 packs of this filter, they only sell 2 packs. He said that the packaging for this particular filter no longer says "premium" but simply "standard filtration." He warned that this was not a genuine Culligan product. In the future I will only buy Culligan 2 packs, even if they are more expensive. The agent said Lowes no longer has that filter, but Ace Hardware does. Have to see if 2 packs of Revain last longer. I do not know yet.
