Review on 🐊 Crocodile Creek Thirty Six 100-Piece Canister Floor Puzzles: Fun for All Ages! by Samuel Groove

Really nice but some parts are slightly bent

This is a really nice puzzle from an aesthetic point of view. However, some parts were even bent right out of the box. I worry that this puzzle might not stand up to the repeated wear and tear of young children! I'm disappointed. Originally I had no intention of returning. However, I was just comparing it to two other Crocodile Creek thirty-six puzzles that I wanted to keep for the future. There are clear differences in quality. (I compared this to the wild animal and shark puzzles that come in the same containers.) Neither of these puzzles felt that flimsy, and there weren't any significantly curved pieces that came right out of the box. To be fair, this ocean puzzle is NOT **completely made up**. Just the quality. respectable. I think the price would be more in line with a "premium puzzle" that is thicker and higher quality (like a Ravensburger puzzle or a Melissa and Doug floor puzzle). For perspective - I'm assuming there were at least four pieces that were at least slightly bent to the point where I had to force myself to straighten them out again. Two of them were only on the edges sticking out from the middle of the puzzle piece, but two of them were bent into the "body" of the puzzle piece.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • I doubt it
