Review on SuperHandy Trailer Electric Commercial Included by John Kennedy

At first I was impressed with this cart: easy to assemble, very strong and very heavy. I thought this is exactly what I need. However, it doesn't work. The engine does not move. I checked the battery charge with a multimeter and the batteries are fully charged. I checked and re-checked that everything is connected correctly (see picture), I used a multimeter to make sure all the contacts are really connected, but the motor still didn't move. Either the motor or the controller is dead. I also read a review of the same item under a different brand where the person had the exact same problem. Tomorrow I will try to contact support and update my review based on my experience. Update: Support promised to call me back but never did. So I requested a refund, a few days later the refund was approved. Update 2: The name and model of this item belongs to another brand: Tow Tuff Electric Trailer Dolly, Model # TMD-3500ETD And I saw a review with the exact same problem. on this item.
