When I received this they randomly sent me two sets of top tools. I let them know and they sent me the brushes straight away (I think they even expedited shipping because they arrived quicker than the first time) so they have great customer service. The brushes come straight from the factory with a coating that makes them very hard, requiring you to wash them before using them for the first time. The bristles are of good quality so I really liked them. The tools are of a good length, making them easy to use. They are not too short. They look shorter in the photo.
