Review on MultiBel by Phillip Reed

It's easy to set up alerts with this product as it has many features including email notifications. The ability to do bulk emails at once from one place makes things very convenient! I dislike how long it takes to send out mass messages which can be annoying when there are several items in your list. This comes down more so towards their support team who seem slow or not fully aware of what they're doing/have done wrong. There really isn't much else i would like about multi bel other than perhaps being able to see all my sent reports within ONE area instead of having them spread throughout different folders. We need some way to track everything we've been notified about regarding clients accounts (i.e., payments received).
