This system is ideal for quick bottle changes and the most aerodynamic part of the bike. Having an extra bottle on your bike is always good for training and racing on those long days. It works very well and is also compatible with any saddle, which is great considering many saddles come in different shapes and sizes, and some rear hydration systems don't fit those large or uncomfortable saddles. The R3 rotates around the saddle to adjust the position and angle of the bottle for the quickest and easiest bottle to get. Highly recommend R3!
