Totally angry! That returns window is closed, and all along we thought it was true! Now my baby has a runny nose (HOPE everyone!) and I use this and get readings all over the place! The last few days they say I have 95.3, and after 2 seconds 97.3 and then 96.5! It's everywhere in just a few seconds! Sequential read failed! So I pulled out my original contact head thermometer and it read 98.9 and the second time it read 99.1 on my little one. I got all these normal tempos on him because I thought they were accurate! I wanted to send him back to kindergarten! THIS IS DANGEROUS! We are living through a global pandemic and if these thermometers cannot be trusted, we are in serious danger of making a mistake in our lives by sending our children to school or to work! I will contact the seller. I want a refund If they can't handle it to my satisfaction, I will sue! The back window didn't close until September 2nd! It is now the 22nd swpt.
