We hung my son's new TV on the wall for Christmas and the installation was very easy. While I'm not a professional TV hanger, I'm quite mechanically inclined. Everything made sense where I didn't even look at the instructions. It was common sense. I will say that while the spirit level was helpful, it was kind of a joke. But it did its job. 50 inch TV, hangs securely, does not wobble. etc., there is no work to level it. It was the first shot of the level! When fully extended it doesn't fall off or sag, which is great as most of these mounts sag a bit when extended. I have one arm and when you pull it out you can see that it's tense and flexes a little. Also single lever mounted offset. So if you think you're mounting in the middle of a wall, you realize that due to the design of the bracket, the TV will be off-center once it's in place. You don't have that problem with this style of mounting because it's a dual lever that folds down in the middle.
