Review on ☕ Nespresso Vertuo Plus Grey Coffee and Espresso Maker by De'Longhi by Rob Rogers

My husband bought me a Nespresso Vertuo Plus for my birthday in December 2019. Until June 2020 it leaks with every use. He saw that several older models sold at Revain were rated less than 4 stars due to some durability issues, so he settled on this 4.5 star version. I used it several times a week, mostly on weekends, until I started working from home in March due to COVID-19. I liked the coffee and the variety of capsules available but I am very disappointed with the quality of the machine. Considering the amount of threads I've found while researching this topic, it's a systemic quality issue that doesn't have a "homemade" solution. After speaking to a support rep this morning the only option is to send it in for repair or replacement. So far so good, still under warranty but not sure if it will be viable in the long run.
