I'm a personal trainer. I train 5 days a week and the rest of the days I spend classes (sometimes 2-3 times a day) and also study in the day department. I recently started using the pre-workout for my personal training because I often lacked energy and yawned during the workout. I don't drink coffee or any other caffeine. Here is my review. Advantages: - NATURAL! - the taste is amazing, the taste is not artificial - uses stevia! (no aspartame, acek, sucralose or sugar) - no artificial colors (spiralin makes you blue) - natural and organic caffeine from coffee (150 is enough) - other performance-enhancing ingredients (beta-alanine) - easy to mix, better than my last pre -workout - decent price compared to other pre-workouts Cons: - wonder if it's vegan - can't 100% say it helps with energy but I'm not that tired so I doubt it. Although I got this from the Vine program, I think I might order it again as it's a lot cheaper than the alternatives. I want to try other flavors too.
