I ordered 2 consoles that came with plastic versions. One of the plastic grommets broke so I contacted the seller who refunded the money to buy a replacement. Not only do they make perfect 1 7/8" replacements, they are better than the originals that came with my tables. They are all metal, and the detachable portion of the cords are rubber, not rubber hard plastic of my originals. They look great, fit great and are obviously better quality than the plastic versions.
