I can only use one!
I'm a grown woman but I have a smaller mouth and these parental controls fit just right! (I grind my teeth at night!). It's easy to mess up when molding, so I always have another pack with me in case I need to throw out the first one and try again. They will last a year or two if they are cleaned thoroughly every morning before they start cracking and breaking. Glad they do!
