Psoritis has helped me a lot in loosening up my psoas and hip flexors. A lot of negative feedback comes from people who fall for both at the same time. The bodies have different widths, so this method only works for a certain percentage of those who try this method. After watching company videos on Instagram, I quickly realized that the best method was to use one of the "dots" and floss to target one side of the psoas (the foot along the side of the target psoas from left to right push). The base of the psoriasis is wide enough not to roll over if only one "pointโ is used at a time. I have lacrosse balls, styrofoam rolls, a teragant, and so on. I have books on psoas work and various methods. Nothing worked as well and easily as putting my entire body weight on one "point" and flossing. It would be very helpful if the company released a small instruction manual to accompany the tool. I think this will reduce confusion and also reduce negative reviews and returns. Yes, they have informative videos, but you'll have to search for them on Instagram or YouTube. Great product overall and very happy with my purchase.
