I like that it allows me to have access from almost anywhere, including my phone! There are some features that could be improved; however these improvements would require additional cost. If you want an inexpensive way to improve your organization's security, this can help. We've been able to give our team members more freedom with their time by allowing them to work remotely when needed. I like that this allows me to be able to check-in from my phone. It has made it so much easier for me to check-in since I'm on the go more often than not. The app itself isn't user friendly which can make things difficult at times. But once you figure it out its really great to have! This has helped me with my work by allowing me to easily check people in and out while I'm away from my desk.
