My most recent shopping experience at the MISSWHO online store did not live up to my expectations. However, despite the fact that their website is pleasant to the eye and simple to navigate, the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. Despite following their sizing guide, the clothing items that I bought were not only of terrible quality in terms of construction, but also the fitting was utterly wrong. The shoes I ordered were not only unpleasant to wear, but they also did not seem nearly as elegant as they did on the webpage where I saw them. The only thing that saved them was their jewelry collection, which featured one-of-a-kind pieces that were also of respectable quality. However, given the general poor quality of the things I received, the high price point did not seem to be justified. When I reached out to their customer support to enquire about returns or refunds, they did not respond and were not helpful in any way. This made the situation even worse. It is disheartening to receive such inadequate service from a firm that asserts that it places a priority on satisfying the needs and wants of its clients. Shopping at the MISSWHO internet store is not something I would advise doing in general. The frustrating shopping experience that you will have as a result of the low quality of their goods and the unsatisfactory level of customer service is in spite of the fact that they may appear to provide a large selection of fashionable things.
