The first hose is broken. I wrote to the seller and he replied to me within 10 minutes. He said he authorized Revane to send me another one and I'll have it in a few days. it hit me Received in 2 days (Revain Prime). We have had this hose for almost 8 weeks now and it works great. The hose is very flexible. The other hose we used was molded into an odd, awkward shape that didn't lay flat. We bought this hose as a replacement. Couldn't be happier with this hose. Flexibility convinced us. The length is also very good. Enough length to remove and use the massage shower from the counter. I would buy anything from this seller because of the great customer service.
