Review on Chefs Star Beverages Stainless Carrying by Jeho Odor

I wanted to email you directly as I hate leaving bad reviews but I couldn't find where to do that. I'm sorry that I only have to give a start, but I have to say that I was very disappointed with the product. I bought this product for all of its features and expected it to be of high quality but unfortunately it is not. my bottles suddenly all started falling apart one by one. The rubber on the lid came loose so the metal stopper was not securely attached and I spilled water. This was the first problem, but soon after the cap itself started to separate from the rubber, the part holding the cord also separated. Pretty much the caps on a few bottles fell apart abruptly. I am quite shocked at the quality of this item. I'm not sure if I just received a bad batch of bottles or if this is normal. I really wanted to love them and I still want to love them, but the ones I have have become useless and I have to throw them away.
