This thing is complete crap. Broke right after unpacking. The retract cord is stuck, DESPITE the instructions for the letter T. These things are pita because if you don't pull evenly on each side, they'll get stuck and you won't be able to retract them. Some are better than this and more forgiving than others. That's definitely not one of them. STAY AWAY
