Great for dogs not struggling with muzzles or facial wrinkles

This is a great product and seems to be very comfortable in the short term. but my french mastiff was able to get rid of her without any problems. Because the leash goes right under the chin, it slips off easily when he runs his paws over his face. We ended up using a different face collar that has the leash placed further under his jaw than under his chin, making it more difficult to remove. how the loop is placed on the muzzle. However, the customer service was great, I got my money back within a few hours. The whole experience was excellent, it just wasn't for us.
