They have such nice hooks but the instructions are missing important information and the quality of the EZ binding is disastrous. - Why don't you write in your instructions what size? Drill is required for plastic anchors? Wasted a trip to the store and bought a 4mm drill bit which is still small. And 3 plastic dowels can't be hammered all the way into one piece, so you have to cut them up with a knife, patch up an ugly wall and repaint. So much time wasted and so many disappointments. Why isn't the EZ anchor easy at all? 1 broke as in the photo when it started spinning. 2 collapsed when almost full leaving ugly and bumpy. Overall very disappointed with the effort it took. Plus after the hook is installed. Part of the anchor is still visible from above and below, which has completely destroyed the unity of appearance.
