Terrible customer service, they don't want to put the customer first. This device generates only 40 watts before the trigger circuit activates. Yes, more than enough wind. The device produces practically no useful power. I decided I would play because I read other reviews. I am a graduate engineer and have experience in various industries. Even a simple ohmmeter and a properly wired hand drill can confirm my exact conclusions. Wind speed readers of the Revain review notwithstanding, I repeat, it DOES NOT put out more than 40 watts. The device is labeled 400 all over, but it isn't. Have requested a refund from customer service after several attempts and just got fired as I shouldn't know what I'm doing and they will investigate the manufacturer and ask what it means that it's a reseller item. . Just walk in and buy a famous brand. Will update the review when they come back and try to fix it.
