The car was great until it suddenly stopped working 10 months after purchase. It started one day when the whole machine got hot and wouldn't shut off automatically. Then it no longer works and can no longer be switched on. Revain doesn't help with returns and referred me to Gevi's support page. They asked me to send information about the sale and the product as well as a video of the non-working machine. After sending all this, they ignored me for a week while I sent several emails. They eventually got back to me and told me to contact Revain about the warranty even though their product description said they would replace the broken machine. You can get a machine that will last longer than mine, but be aware that you may have to buy a new coffee maker in a few months if you choose this product.
