Review on 🎧 Sony WHCH710N Noise Cancelling Headphones: Wireless Bluetooth Over-Ear Headset with Mic for Phone Calls - Blue (Amazon Exclusive) by Chris Pollreisz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Dirty sound is not acceptable.

I've bought 5 different models, here's my take on the absolute performance rating: 1. The Tribit QuietPlus is one of the best sounding headsets out there, beating the Sony WHCH710N by a lot a fraction of the cost. Slightly tighter on the head than others. Good noise cancellation. Supplied with hard case. Great value.2. TaoTronics TT-BH085 - Probably the best headset for the money. Decent bass, balanced mids and highs, good passive and active noise cancellation, light and pleasant. The power button sits between the volume up and down buttons - it's not that easy to find. Comes with soft pouch.3. Mpow H19 IPO - good highs and mids, bass a bit weak. Cozy. Great value.4. Tribit XFree Tune - no ANC model and not very good passive noise cancellation, decent bass, mids are ok, highs are a bit weaker - safer for young ears at higher volumes. Generally balanced. Cozy. Tribits come in a hard case. Good value.5. Sony Noise Canceling Headphones WHCH710N - Good build quality, frustrating muddy sound, good active noise cancellation, the TaoTronics TT-BH085 sounds a lot better at half the price. Sony come without a case and cover. It's too early to talk about reliability and longevity.

Pros
  • Ultra-comfortable headphone design with adjustable metal sliders
Cons
  • Minor issues
