Good product. best in water filtration and softening

I used this to replace the filters on the Nugen reverse osmosis system. Everything went smoothly until the fifth filter. I had a 3/8" pipe with a 1/4" bore. I ran to ACE Hardware and got the right connectors. Deducted 1 star because there is no troubleshooting section in the manual.
