Direct replacement heatsink

Installed on my 2003 GS300 after finding a microcrack in the top of the OEM heatsink. Searched for a replacement and mentioned this product in my Clublexus forum. My mechanic said it was an easy install and a direct replacement. Haven't had any problems with the car for 2 months.
