Why should I buy two different things?

They are functional and strong enough to support a standard key e.g. B. for an Xbox controller. The size is probably larger than you'd want for the back of a PC case, but a good size for a front port or other device. Since they're opposites, you'll most likely only need one of them, so the mandatory 2-pack won't do any good.
