Bringing exercise equipment was great and better than going to the gym. This exercise bike turns any existing adult bike into an exercise bike by simply replacing the rear bar and chain with a self-powered unit. Assembly takes about 15 minutes after tightening the screws and is not difficult at all. I love that it is paired with the best apps and makes every trip a virtual entertainment experience and a unique experience for every trip. Has 2 connection options via Bluetooth or ANT. I like that the device is really accurate, just like a bicycle. As a hobby rider, I don't shift gears often, but that doesn't add any drag. If you're looking for an exercise bike and want to hook up a game or virtual ride, I'd recommend this to motivate your exercises.
