The best and most sturdy I’ve used
This has been my favorite workout equipment. It has everything. They are so heavy duty sturdy. Since covid, I’ve went to this instead of gym. Hadn’t worked with resistance bands before covid. These are great. They would be even better for a man as they go up in resistance pretty good. There’s no way I’ll ever use the strongest ones. I also like the charts that came with it.
