I had high hopes for this sauna top. I can't complain to much about the stomach being tight, because it serves its purpose. But those arms.man I am swimming and I have mom arms if that gives you any idea. This was the main reason I bought this long sleeve top. I waited too long to return so I will find a way to use it.Would I recommend * NOWould I buy again* NO
