Rating: **NIUTA Cutlery & Knife Kitchen Knives & Cutlery, 7.8" Black** I know they are sold as kitchen scissors but I was looking for a durable one Scissors used for various tasks in my workshop.These scissors are very sharp,quite durable and overall a great all round pair of scissors.The blades match very well and the handles don't feel flimsy at all.There is even a bottle opener on the blade and the Serrated, which I'm sure would be great for slicing meat or poultry.The blades are medium to short so keep that in mind for your needs.They aren't short blades, but they aren't as long as 'typical' shears either.If you're off need to make longer cuts for some reason this may not be the best choice Priced at $5 at the time of writing this is one amazing, high quality and very sharp scissors. I definitely recommend them.
