I rarely write a review so quickly after receiving a product. I received the cold brew machine yesterday, washed it and filled it with 3 cups of coffee grounds, filled it up with water and put it in the fridge. This morning, after about 18 hours, a great cold drink. Was concentrated so I added water, ice and my favorite coffee. The stainless steel basket works great, no coffee grounds in the cold brew. It's a lot easier than brewing and straining through cheesecloth or doing a little in a French Press. Seems strong and durable. I will update after using it for a while. UPDATE: Been using it for about 4 weeks. i still love it Make a pot every 2 days. I would recommend pouring the water over the soil while stirring the soil. I use a butter knife to make sure the bottom is wet.
