Creative environment with friendly staff

The creativity of the employees is what sets this job apart and it's not only the creative design of the homes but the employees also seem to have a real passion for interior and design. While we as a design team have an understanding of the construction and what kind of product will flow off our designs, we still have to rely on the construction and finishing part of the work to make sure the final product is exactly what we have dreamed up and designed. It really comes down to the finishing product. It can sometimes be a challenge to see the final product and how the client will use their space. Sometimes clients will not understand or may not agree how the job will turn out. It can be frustrating to go through weeks or even months of planning only to have something go wrong during the building process and not be able to correct it at the same time. If you are a design person, you will enjoy this job! It's challenging and the designs I like that they are always trying to improve themselves by doing new things or taking risks for their clients! They have been great for me so far because we've worked together twice now (once as an intern) which has helped my portfolio grow exponentially since then!! Nothing really but it's good experience overall. If you want your work done right this is where its at! Their team members will take care of all aspects from design/builds through construction management services.
