I was able to do this in about 15 minutes. Myself. Comes with everything needed for assembly. We moved into a house where the previous owners had a gym and they hung a punching bag from the ceiling so I know this swing is strong and can take a lot of weight. I wanted a swing that my two kids could ride on at the same time (my middle child is learning to share and sometimes it's not easy! Haha!). She's hanging maybe two feet or less off the ground, so if they fall she's won. It won't be a very long fall. It's bright and the material isn't cheap or flimsy. I managed to fix it in such a way that it not only swings, but also rotates. This is great for indoors, especially now that we're all locked down. I'm so glad I ordered this back then! We don't have a garden so this is perfect for us!
