Review on Scout Case Management Software by Jasneet Jazzy

The ease of use, it is very intuitive to learn how to navigate through this program which makes using case management software easy for my clients who are not computer savvy at all! I love that you can easily pull up previous records as well when searching in order to find what your looking for quicker than if they were just trying to scroll down an entire page or two before finding something relevant! It would be nice to have more options within certain programs such as emailing documents from one client's account into another users' file so there wouldn't need to go back-and-forth between different accounts/files but overall great product!! We've been able to keep track with our cases much easier since we don’t have to rely solely off paper files anymore (which could get lost).
